The Hardest Part Is Walking Through The Door.

Starting something new is intimidating, whether it's you stepping onto the mats for the first time as an adult, or your child trying a class alone. Let your coach know before class if you're brand new, coming back after time off, or working around an injury. They'll adjust the pace and pair you up so you feel like you belong from the first roll, not like you're being watched. We'll take care of the rest.
